This is a very small business and we do not have the ability to respond to every e-mail as long as past due orders exist.  We've implemented new shipping time-frames for orders placed from 8/1/11 onward to free up the needed time to return to a company that provides customer service worthy of good words.  The new time-frames can be found in the 'Recent News' section at the bottom of our 'Home' page.  You may also find answers to most of your questions on the 'Custom Order Policies' page, the 'Frequently Asked Questions' page and within each item description.  We've done our best to answer as many common questions on this website and hope these details are of service to you.  A contact phone number does not exist right now because it will take away hours of sewing time needed.
