No, we are NOT affiliated with IKEA, IKEA.com or the IKEA Group.  We just love their affordable home furnishings and clean, modern style.  They have something for every budget.  IKEA is a registered trademark of Inter-IKEA Systems B.V.

When will my custom-made order ship? TOP

Custom-made orders are shipped approximately 4-5 weeks (20-25 work days) from your order date.  Holidays and weekends are excluded.  We do not guarantee a specific receive by date however, please contact us prior to ordering should you need your custom-made order by a specific date. It is very important to contact us prior so that we can inform you if we can accommodate your request and if additional express shipping charges would be involved.  All effort is made to ship orders in the shortest possible time-frame (4 weeks) without sacrificing quality of work however, our slipcovers are not factory produced and orders can sometimes take up to the 5 weeks to be sent to you. 

What are your shipping charges? TOP

We offer flat rate shipping which vary according to your shipping destination:

• $6.95 Flat Shipping Fee on any order/any size order being shipped to anywhere in the U.S.A.
• $24.95 Flat Shipping Fee on any order/any size order being shipped to Canada or Mexico.
• $39.95 Flat Shipping Fee on any order/any size order being shipped to all other International Destinations.  (Please keep in mind that you may be required by your government guidelines to fill out custom forms and/or pay additional tariff/tax to pickup your order.  We aren't able to determine if there will be a charge or how much of a charge it will be.  Please check with your local postal service for details prior to ordering.)

Am I able to provide my own fabric for Marlene's Urban Bliss to make my slipcover? TOP

Marlene's Urban Bliss can only use fabric that we've purchased as we will be responsible for our own fabric should mistakes occur during construction. Please contact us if you would like to make a suggestion for a fabric that we do not offer.

Am I able to order fabric swatches? TOP

In order to keep cost low we do not have free fabric swatches available, however a fabric swatch option is coming soon.

Do you have a bricks and mortar shop that I can visit? TOP

We are an online business only and do not have a bricks and mortar location.

Do you have a paper or cd catalog? TOP

In an effort to be as eco-friendly as possible, we do not have a paper catalog.  Also, because our product selection changes often you will always find the most updated selections here on our website.
