Custom Order Policies

Payment:  TOP
 We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards.  Payments are processed via a SSL Secured Server.  You also have the option of paying via PayPal.

 


 Fabric Availability:  TOP

Every effort is made to ensure that fabric selections shown are available for your order.  Occasionally, your fabric may not be available from our suppliers for various reasons.  You will be notified if we are unable to locate your fabric.

 


 Order Shipping:  TOP

Custom-made orders are shipped according to the time-frame specifications in each item listing. Any changes will be announced in the 'Recent News' section of the 'Home Page'. We do not/cannot guarantee a specific receive by date. All effort is made to ship orders in the shortest possible time-frame without sacrificing quality of work however, our slipcovers are not factory produced. It is not possible to guarantee ship dates because, for now, we are limited to a staff of 3 people in production. 

The tracking number (USPS/FedEx/UPS) will be added to the order details in your account once your order has been shipped. 

 


 

Order Cancellations:  TOP

You may cancel custom-made order within 72 HRS. from the date of your order.

You can log-in to your account and send us a note/message with your request.  Your credit will be processed within 14 BUSINESS DAYS following receipt of your note/message to cancel your order.


Exchanges:  TOP

 Due to the custom nature of our custom-made products we do not allow exchanges.  All request for exchanges will be handled according to our Returns Policy shown below.


Returns Policy:  TOP

You may return a new, un-used item for refund within 14 days of the arrival date. Shipping charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. You can begin the returns process when you log-in to your account and select the 'Returns' link to start. You will be shown an address to send your package within the returns process.  You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.

There will be a 25% re-stocking fee for all returns.
