PAYMENT:
Payment for your entire order is due at the time your order is placed. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. Payments are processed via a SSL secured server.
FABRIC AVAILABILITY:
We make every effort to ensure that the fabric selections shown are available for you when you place your order. On rare occasions your fabric may not be available from our suppliers for various reasons. We will notify you via e-mail if we are unable to locate your fabric selection.
ORDER SHIPPING:
We make every effort to ship, process and complete your order in the shortest time-frame possible. Custom-made orders ship in 4-5 weeks (20-25 work days). We cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date unless you have contacted us prior to placing your order and we have made an agreement with you. Please keep in mind that there may be additional shipping cost to cover expedited shipping charges. We will inform you of any additional cost in our response e-mail.
OPTIONAL DOMESTIC SHIPPING INSURANCE & SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION:
We encourage our customers to purchase the optional shipping insurance. Marlene's Urban Bliss is NOT responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged in transit. We ship most packages via United States Postal Service Priority Mail that includes delivery confirmation (similar to a tracking number). If the package is scanned as "delivered" by the USPS, the package is not replaceable.
For added security the USPS offers Signature Confirmation which requires a signature for the package upon delivery.
You will have the opportunity to add either the Shipping Insurance, Signature Confirmation or both to your order at checkout. Shipping Insurance & Signature Confirmation is NOT included in our $6.95 Domestic Flat Shipping Fee which is discounted approximately 50% from the actual cost.
ORDER CHANGES:
We allow changes to your fabric selection/style within 24 HRS. from your order date. Contact us with your order number and we will confirm your change request. You may also reply to your confirmation e-mail with the details of your request.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS:
You may cancel custom-made order, without any fees, within 24 HRS. from the date of your order.
Contact us and we will confirm your cancellation. Your payment will be returned within TEN BUSINESS DAYS following receipt e-mail request to cancel your order.
All cancellations request made after 24 HRS. from your order will be subject to our Returns Policy shown below; because at that point the production process for your order has begun.
EXCHANGES:
Due to the custom nature of our custom-made products we do not allow exchanges. All request for exchanges will be handled according to our Returns Policy shown below.
RETURNS POLICY:
You may return an item for refund within 10 days of the arrival date. Shipping charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. When you return an item, please indicate the reason for the return. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
Please contact us to inform us of your return. All items returned must be in original packaging, unused and in re-salable condition in order for us to process a return.
There will be a 25% re-stocking fee for all returns.
